Wyndemere's Master Deed has a limit on the number of villas that may be used as rental or investment properties at any one time. Purchasing a property as an investment does not mean that it may be used for rental income immediately, nor in the future. Until further notice, properties purchased must be owner occupied as primary or second home residences, as stated in Amendment 2 of the Master Deed.
