MAINTENANCE - Before submitting a request, please read the following information from the Master Deed.


Wyndemere HOA is responsible for all common areas, including grounds, front porches and decks, exterior siding, gutters, roofing, chimney stacks, water leaks that are located in common areas, etc.


Property owners are responsible for everything exclusive to the individual units including interior plumbing, drywall, electrical, flooring (including joists and beams), rear decking and railings, exterior/interior doors and trim, windows and trim, etc. (Referenced in Wyndemere's Master Deed on the Rules and Regulations page on this website.)
