MAINTENANCE


Wyndemere HOA is responsible for all common areas, including grounds, front porches and decks, exterior siding, gutters, roofing, chimney stacks, water leaks that are located in common areas, etc.


Property owners are responsible for everything exclusive to the individual units including interior plumbing, drywall, electrical, rear decking and railings, exterior/interior doors and trim, windows and trim, etc. (As referenced in master deed.)
