VISITOR/TEMPORARY PARKING


Note: Residents/Owners must arrange for overnight visitor parking passes through this page prior to guest's vehicles parking overnight on Wyndemere property. (Phone calls, texts, and/or emails to individual Board members will not be accepted.) 


Only Residents/Owners may apply for visitor parking passes. ALL requested information must be provided.  The beginning and ending dates must be clearly stated in the request. A limited number of overnight passes are available for periods of up to ONE WEEK at a time, or 7 nights a month, and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to allow time for processing.  Weekend guest pass requests must be submitted no later than the Friday prior to the requested weekend.  Same day guest pass requests (submitted M-F only) will be considered only if submitted by 4 PM but issuance is not guaranteed. If the request is approved, an email will be sent to the requester specifying when and where the pass may be picked up. Passes must be picked up by midnight on the date issued. 


Wyndemere HPR reserves the right to limit or refuse to issue guest parking passes for any reason, including, but not limited to, (a) periods when it becomes a hardship for residents to park due to a lack of available spaces; (b) if a Resident / Owner is requesting more passes than allowed; and (c) if a Resident / Owner is not in good standing financially with Wyndemere HPR. (Photocopying and altering a temporary pass will result in a fine, loss of future parking passes, and other actions deemed appropriate by the Wyndemere Board of Directors.)


Visitor parking passes must be prominently displayed in their entirety on the driver's side dashboard with nothing obstructing any part of the pass. Wyndemere HPR employs a security company to enforce all parking rules and is not responsible for vehicles ticketed or removed from the premises for violating Wyndemere HPR's parking rules and regulations. Guest parking passes are required from midnight until 8am. Visitor vehicles without valid guest parking passes cannot park on Wyndemere property; parking spaces around the Yacht Cove tennis court (located in Jib Sail Court) may be available as an alternative. To ensure the safety of all residents, Wyndemere HPR and our security company maintain fair and equal practices while enforcing all parking rules and procedures set forth by Wyndemere HPR. When necessary, vehicles are towed by Palmetto Towing (843-681-8698).
